Hello, my name is Zhi Fang Zhai, but you can call me Lily. I am a licensed acupuncturist, a member of the Ordre des  Acupuncteurs du Québec. I have 7 years of acupuncture experience working in Quebec clinics.

I was born in a family with a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) background, which led me and my two younger brothers to become doctors later on.  Both my grandfather and my father are doctors of Chinese Medicine. We grew up in their clinic. We touched Chinese herbal medicine, and saw acupuncture every day. My father is an expert of Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine in China. He is 80 years old now and still works 4 hours every day in the clinic of my young brother.

During high school holidays, I began to practice acupuncture, using Chinese herbs in clinic with my grandfather and my father. They passed on to me all theirs secrets techniques and knowledge from the medicine field. After I finished 7 years in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in university, I worked 18 years in a well-known hospital as an acupuncturist and a deputy chief physician neurology in China until I left China in 2003. My knowledge between western and traditional Chinese medicine gives me a unique vision when applying traditional acupuncture therapy to my patients.

I have treated thousands of patients with acupuncture, Chinese herbs and massages. My main area of clinical practice is pain control, even some complicated ones such as: Neck, Shoulder, Knee, Back, Belly, lumbosacral, Sciatica. Arthritis. Tendonitis, Rheumatism, strong migraine. I also effectively treated depression, stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, Immune disorders, season allergies, sinusitis, difficulty concentrating, memory loss, menopause and Infertility.
